Jolly Chi Don Nwagbo; an African Canadian, is a business and financial economist. An ex-student of Loyola College Ibadan and Holy Ghost College Owerri Nigeria. He has a diploma in Italian Language at Universita Perstrain, Perugia Italy; A Bachelor of Commerce degree, and a Graduate diploma in Institutional Administration (Hospital Management) at Concordia University Montreal Canada. A Master’s degree in Education at Cam[1]bridge College Boston, Massachusetts, USA. A Doctorate in Business Administration- (International finance) at Kensington University, USA.
